Accountant website design - common questions

How the free same-day demo works, who builds it, what it costs to go live, and what happens if you decide it's not for you.

What do I get when I submit the form?

Our senior team uses your details (including your current website URL, or “None”) to build a clickable demo of your firm’s site -usually the same business day. You can review it with your team before deciding anything.

Is the demo really free?

Yes. There is no charge to receive or review the demo and no obligation to buy. Pricing only applies if you want us to take the approved design live.

How fast is “same day”?

On typical business days, we aim to return your demo within hours. Complex requests or submissions late in the day may roll to the next morning -we will confirm timing when we acknowledge your form.

Who builds the demo?

Senior developers dedicated to accountant, bookkeeping, and CPA websites -not a rotating pool of juniors. That focus is how we keep quality and turnaround tight.

What if we don’t have a website yet?

Type None in the website field and tell us about your firm in the message box. We will still produce a demo from your services, market, and brand inputs.

Do you only work with accountants?

We specialize in accountants, bookkeepers, and CPA firms in North America. That narrow focus shapes our templates, copy patterns, and compliance-aware layouts.

What happens if we don’t like the demo?

You simply don’t proceed. There is no fee for the preview. If something is close but not quite right, reply with feedback -we can discuss whether a revised direction makes sense.

How long does full launch take after we approve?

For our standard package (starting at $999 USD), most sites go live in about 1–3 weeks after you approve the demo -depending on how fast you provide final copy and assets. Larger scope may take longer; you’ll get a written timeline when you commit.

Do you handle SEO for accounting firm websites?

Yes. Demos and live sites include sensible heading structure, title tags, meta descriptions, clean URLs, XML sitemap, and fast mobile-first pages. You can layer content marketing and local landing pages on top over time.

What does the monthly maintenance plan include?

Maintenance covers small copy and image edits within a defined monthly window, dependency and security updates for your site’s codebase, and periodic performance checks. Major redesigns or new features are quoted separately.

Why is optional DNS & domain help priced so high?

Every launch already includes a written checklist of DNS values to paste at your registrar -no extra fee. The paid add-on is live, hands-on support: we’re on a call with you, working through your registrar in real time and fixing issues as they come up. That’s dedicated specialist time, which is why it’s priced higher than self-service. Most firms follow the checklist and never need the add-on.

Still have questions?

Submit the form anyway -we can answer in the thread that delivers your demo, or point you to the right package.
